In a few minutes we can get a HOMEMADE cocoa cream without added sugar. It is made with olive oil, which you can also substitute with coconut oil. As it does not contain any butter of animal origin, it is suitable for vegans.
Pour into an airtight jar and serve or keep in the refrigerator. When stored in the refrigerator, the cream hardens. Remove from the refrigerator a few minutes before consuming.
Suitable for all thermomix® models: Tm6, Tm5, Tm31 and Tm21.
