I make cauliflower pizza crust with mozzarella and eggs. Very thin. I cut the large rectangle sheet into for rectangles and use them to make fold over sandwiches. Delicious and suitable for lots of different fillings. From Kent in England.

Regarding pronouncing the Italian word focaccia, I'm not an expert, but I did take 2 years of Italian in high school. From what I remember, if an "i" or an "e" follows a "c", then the "c" has a "ch" sound. (Think of the word cello.) Also, the "i" in Italian has a long "e" sound. If a "c" is followed by an "a", "o", or "u", then it has a hard "c" sound. Just thought I'd share!

About the cauliflower pizza...I too feel better after I eat it...like your wife says, i don't get that bloat up feeling anymore..(if feels so good)...same with the peanuts, salt only jar of PB...like eating it more...the organic milk tastes so good...I make a 1/2 of chocolate milk almost every night...thanks Bobby, glad i found you!...sweet/mc
