Ingredients:
The bread dough:
600g All Purpose Flour
7g Instant Yeast
30g Sugar
8g Salt
2 Eggs
260g Milk
100g Unsalted Butter
Custard:
3 Egg Yolks
100g Sugar
100g Milk
50g Custard Powder / or cornstarch
400g Milk
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Powder
100g Nutella
Whipped Cream:
500g Whipping Cream
50g Sugar
100g Mascarpone

That bread looks gorgeous.. I use a similar filling minus the nuttela (don't like it) for eclairs as well.. Hope kitty feels better soon, I'm dealing with one of my dog who has terminal cancer .. Its an awful feeling when you can't do anything for them..

Those were beautiful. One question I have is…does it have to be whole milk or can you substitute almond milk in your recipes?

I just wondering why you ferment one time this bread and its texture. I"ll try. If there is no need to fernent twice, it saves time and is convenient!!
