INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Boiling Water
½ Cup Sago / Tapioca Pearl
Let It Boil
Cook Until Transparent
Strain The Mixture
Wash With Water
Keep Aside
Making Jelly:
1 Cup Boiling Water For Each Jelly
1 Tsp Agar Agar Powder For Each Jelly
Food Color
1 Tbsp Sugar
Cool Down And Keep In Fridge For 30 Min.
2 Cup Milk
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Custard Powder
Mix Well
Let It Boil
Boil For 5 Min.
Cool Down Completely
Cut The Jelly
Assembling:
Jelly
Boiled Milk
Sago Pearl
Mix Well
