It took my Akita puppy three minutes to rip them into 10,000 pieces but took me 15 minutes to watch this video them cut them....

These are actually safer than store bought dog toys. The dog toy industry isn't regulated and dog toys can be made out of dangerous materials.Like hard bits of plastic that become sharp when broken and they can also contain toxic substances. There was a study done several years ago when tennis balls made for dogs were tested and almost half of them contained high levels of lead. Other toys bought from the likes of K and Wal Mart tested positive for lead and cadmium. At least making them out of materials that have been deemed safe for humans means that your dog won't be exposed to those toxins.

Daryn C, NEVER brings toys to a dog park. That causes dog fights because it provokes resource aggression with the other dogs.

I tried to make these toys and it scared my dog because it's the size of her. Her favorite toy is an empty toilet paper roll but makes sense because she's a tea cup Pomeranian

I made a toy for my Chihuahua one day and she took to it so well...the problem was when she wanted to go to sleep with it on the sofa. It was as big as her body too and even though she got running jumps, could not make it up the sofa. Imagine a Chihuahua stuck to the side of the sofa with a giant toy in her mouth and little claws dug in, trying not to fall backwards.

Cool idea, but the only thing I may seem wrong with this is the slobber makes the material unbearable to touch. Nothing major, but nothing like soft rubber. But amazing idea,I like it.

My dog is teething so when I use my own pants, with my own smell he will think it is OK to bite me soooo yeah

Actually no. No you're not supposed to use your own clothes for the reason that they will find it to be okay to chew your clothing up, not bite you.

My dog poppy loves it I played tug a war with it and still haven't Brocken but it is sorta bad because she is a sheepdog and when she dose break it she will eat it and she will die

Please choose a fabric carefully so a dog won't swallow a thread. Polyesters seem to make less loose threads than natural fibers like cotton. Threads can be DANGEROUS ! I once assisted in a surgery on a small dog that had swallowed a thread. It got wrapped around in his intestine causing extreme abdominal pain. It was so difficult to remove that a resection was required and he didn't make it through the surgery. That's why I never let my dog or cats play with any toys with tread. Why take a chance ?

the idea is a good one, i would just be concerned that the dog would then think its ok to chew up anty thing that is that fabrick. same thing with sock toys, they will chew up all your socks lol
