Sorry but website with templates and plans is now down thanks to hackers and running costs.
An Arc lighter will give you a shock, just nowhere near dangerous levels. Still do not stick any finger in a Arc lighter because it hurts.
In this project we make a harmless, but fun, desktop pocket sized electric chair from a cheap Arc lighter and some scrap wood. By spacing the electrodes as far as possible apart we get a very creepy looking spark gap what wavers around. I decided to add a small sound card that runs at the same voltage as the lithium battery inside the Arc lighter. The two things combined make it a super creepy little toy electric chair.

This gruesome video records the execution of Vince, who was sentenced to death in 1985. His body was thrown in to the sea to prevent his body from being exhumed and zombified.
