Recipe : Homemade Frooti
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped ripe mango½ cup chopped raw mango½ cup sugar6 cup water
Ice to serve
Method:
Pressure cook the chopped mangoes with 1 cup water for2 whistles. Cool completely and blend in the blender with sugar till a smooth puree is ready.
Add the remaining water and mix well. Add ice and serve.
