Recipe
• 7L water
• 6 cups white sugar
• 1 Pineapple
• ½ cup dried sultanas
• ¼ cup dried ginger
• 10 grams Instant dry yeast
• 2 Star Anise

Hi! This means the world to us! Biltong and droëwors are very high on our to do list. Just waiting for the weather to dry up a bit. The best raining season we had in almost 7 years, hot and humid almost every day😉. A few other South African recipes also still coming. Baie dankie dat jy kyk Andre!

i subbed the quality is amazing ur land is beautiful..Im gonna make this version but i think i will ferment in longer and in the fridge longer to remove the yeast but wow it looks lekker.. Love From Botswana

Hi Idodnano, I forgot to say to use filtered water. Boiled water is always a good idea - just let it cool down before adding the yeast👌
