Homemade Greek pita dough:
For the pre-mix (starter):
- 10 gr yeast;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 100 ml water;
- 100 gr flour;
Let it rise three times, and mix every 10 minutes.
For the dough:
- 400 gr flour;
- 10 gr sea salt;
- 40-50 ml olive oil;
- starter/pre-mix;
