You didn’t make complete use of all extract from Reetha Amla and Shikakai. After it is cooked keep it aside for cooling and once cooled you have to squeeze all extract using hands and then Strain it

You can wash n cut Amla in thin slices removing it's seed n dry them under shade n grind them ur Amla powder is ready, same could be done with hibiscus flower wash n dry them, rest is same as you do for Amla powder. I hope it will help you ☺️
