I miss the Italian ice from NY. I grew up their as a child. I live in California and ain’t no Italian ice here that comes close to the Italian ice from ny

I went from Yonkers, to Long Island and then to Camden ny. It was a big jump after Camden because I went straight to Switzerland and ditched the US but there’s no Italian ice here😭

@@Brandenuzis there’s a brand o Italian Ice in the us called Luigi’s Italian Ice. I don’t think it would be as good as the actual stuff but I like it. It should be accurate cus it’s called Luigi’s real Italian ice. Me and my siblings eat all of it in a day if we aren’t monitored.

The word you're looking for is "Sorbetto" popular icy treat after a meal, usually made with lemon but can also be found in other flavours

does this work with other fruits? btw thanks for your vids, especially since you seem to do a lot of sound mixing behind the scenes esp w blenders being rly loud and in the vid it's muted. much love !

I think it will work witn other fruits, but not bananas for some reason. Maybe because they aren't juicy enough, and im afraid it will be more mushy than icy. But there's a lot of recepies for banana ice cream!
