This homemade almond joy is perfect desert for a family get together or just an evening snack. The good news is this Almond Joy recipe just so happens to be keto friendly!
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups Shredded Coconut (Fine & Unsweetened)
3/4 to 1 Cup Cream of Coconut (Unsweetened & Chilled)
1/2 Cup Coconut Butter
1/2 Cup Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
42 Whole Almonds (Roasted & Unsalted)
12 Ounces Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons Unrefined Coconut Oi

He didn't show the coconut cream at the beginning with the rest of the ingredients however when he's putting all the ingredients in the blender he did show it
