@@sureshpeshawaria347 they can be, but there are a lot of safety issues they have to deal with in order to get a VIN # which they'd need for registration and insurance. it's technically possible, but most people would just go with a kit car anyway, and i think most of those are sold to meet whatever qualifications your state requires. sure, this thing wouldn't pass in america for being roadworthy, but imo the chassis looks pretty solid, at least.

It’s illegal for this car to go on public roads in china. They are in the rural areas of china where the regulation is not as strict.However the owner explained that he is not gonna drive in public traffic, it’s mostly for display and fulfill his childhood dream😊

You should check out this show called Bangla Bangers. This guy Leepu, literally drags these cars into his garage and use it's like 12 tools and builds these incredible looking sports cars granted in the horsepower department and handling Department their not too hot. @Pascual Desolo you are probably right, but development projects aren’t cheap! Getting a concept car to production involves a lot of hurdles. If I was that driven and capable, I’d be looking to benefit from working with other experts and in an environment where dreams can more readily become a reality.
