It is straight forward. the alternator produces enough voltage to supply the motor, who in turn , rotates the alternator and so on.. There is no mystery here. Just the correct components... even the pulleys. there are in a 2 to 1 ratio.. that is needed to complete the necessary RPM (3450) for the generator(alternator to whomever thinks that is another electric motor) Being 'synchronous motor does not fluctuate the voltage. just like a gasoline powered generator..
