No need to buy mayo from the store again! It's getting more expensive and the ingredient list is too long. This mayonnaise recipe is so easy to make and so fresh you will always have a jar in the fridge. Plus you can adjust oil and mustard type to customize the taste and make it perfect for you! Recipe Below:
Ingredients:
2 Cups of a LIGHT TASTING Olive Oil ** See Notes
2 Room Temp. Eggs
2 tsp Stone Ground Mustard
2 Tbsp White Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
Place all ingredients in a jar. Place immersion blender at the bottom of the jar, then turn on high, leave at the bottom until it starts to emulsify. Bring blender stick up slowly until all the oil is whipped into Mayo. Taste and adjust salt or mustard as needed!
** Notes: You can use ANY mild flavored oil, even vegetable, canola or peanut. We love olive oil!
