Ingredients:
Sugar - 3/4 to 1 cup
Cornstarch - 3 tbsp
Dry milk powder - 3 tbsp
Gms powder - 3 tbsp
Cmc Powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 litre
Cream (Balai, tetrapack or whipping) - 1 cup

Sugar - 1/4 cup or as per taste
Yellow + orange food colour - few drops

Sugar - 1/2 cup (for crunch)
Caramel essence - 3,4 drops
Almond essence - 3,4 drops
Yellow food colour - 2 drops

Dark/milk chocolate - 3/4 - 1 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup

Ice cream base mai thora sa kewra essence, elaichi powder ya elaichi essence aur crushed almonds aur pistachio add kr lain to kulfa flavour ban jaye ga. Agar thora sa khoya bhi add kren to aur bhi perfect taste aaye ga.

Just make sure k apka GMS powder theek ho. Kich shops 2ale gms ki jaga bhi cmc powder hi de dete hain. Mixture thick hua iss ka matlab hai k cmc powder zyada tha. Kyun k original Gms powder mixture ko thick nahi krta.

I am having ice crystals in my ice cream although i am using gms powder.. so worried about it😢😢

Beat it well for 15-20 min. It shouldn't have ice crystals. Did you add cmc too?

میں نے آئس کرئیم بنائی ہے سی ایم سی پاوڈر مل گیا ہے مگر جی ایم سی نہیں مل رہا سی ایم سی سے کرسٹل نہیں بنے مگر والیم میں زیادہ نہیں ہوئی کیونکہ جی ایم سی نہیں مل رہا پلیز شاپ بتا دیں رحیم سٹور نہیں ہے اور نہ ہی الفتح سٹور ہے
