Boil karne ki jarurat nahi hy..simply wash, peel, grate or cut and dry in sun for 2 days..then grind and store

I can dry it within half an hour under turned on fan. I chop it. Mix some dry turmeric powder. Spread it on a big steal net. Keep the net on a pitcher stand ( मटका stand) under running fan. It only takes half an hour.

Boiling makes the curcumin and other contents to evenly spread all over..... And without boiling u will find a lot of waste post grinding
