Here’s my recipe for homemade Pizelles:
2 cups of AP flour
A half cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
3 eggs
One teaspoon of cinnamon
One tablespoon of anise
A teaspoon of salt
A half cup of melted butter
Lastly add milk as necessary
