Hi! Lets beat the heat with these amazing popsicles. I've demonstrated 3 different popsicles for y'all to try out at home :)
All 3 of these are sugarfree and without any preservatives so it makes for a healthy snack/dessert XD
It also takes very little time to prepare, and after that all you have to do is pop them in the freezer!
1) Coconut water fresh fruits popsicles -
Which summer dessert recipe is even complete without some coconut? Make some popsicles with fresh coconut water, some lemon juice and any fruits of your choice for an absolutely delish and refreshing dessert!
In addition to being tasty, it also looks gorgeous and can be a great kids dessert
Ingredients:
200g coconut water
1-2 tsp lemon juice
Cut fresh fruits of your choice
2) Orange Ginger popsicles
This is a very unique way which you can try out easily :) You can use any type of orange juice which is readily available. You can also substitute the grated ginger with some ginger powder.
Ingredients:
200g orange juice
1.5 tsp grated ginger
3) Guava Chilli popsicles -
This fun and masaledaar popsicle will surely put a smile on your face. With the flavours of guava and the desi essence of mirchi powder and chaat masala, this recipe is a must try!
Ingredients:
200g guava juice
20g water
1/4 tsp mirchi powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1 pinch pink salt
Refridgerate for 7-8 hours or overnight in the freezer.
Storage and shelf life:
Will stay good in the freezer for 3-4 days. Since all materials used are fresh, immediate consumption is advised. For better storage, you can keep the popsicles intact in the popsicle mould itself.
