This is part one which shows only my homemade poly foam squishies. The rest of my homemade squishies can be seen in part 2, which shows all of my make-up sponge and deco squishies.

I love your homemade squishies, you inspired me to get flex foam and I love it! When you use pastels on your squishies, what do you use to seal it? I don't think you did any in this update but I know you did in previous updates. Also I love the new custom tags!

I have a question (please reply) so in order to make these squishies slow rising, is it the foam itself that is filled with a lot of air, or is it the amount of paint you would put on it? I really enjoy making these, thank u so much for the inspiration. I really want to know how to make this stuff slow rising. 😁

The foam itself is usually just soft. But when you add a semi-thick layer of paint, it makes it slow rising!

Hey Moriah your squishies and art are amazing! Thanks for sharing. Question, when you glue foam pieces together to make one squishy, what type of glue do you use? and what type of glue do you use to keep the eye in, for the ball chain? I've been hunting high and low for a bubble tea squishy, so i'm gonna attempt to make my own :) thanks to your tutorial.

Hey, thanks so much! I usually use fabric glue both for gluing the squishies together and for the eye pin. Seems to work pretty well for me :) Good luck!

Moriah Elizabeth thanks so much for replying. Of all the tutorials and diy Squishies on KZfaq, yours are the best!! for the lollipop did you put the stick in as the foam was rising or after? I'll tag you once it's done, hopefully it turns out ok 😝

I put the stick in after the foam was dried. It is best not to disturb the foam while it rises, plus it is pretty easy to just stick it in afterward :)

I know how to make homemade squishys. 1. Take a bunch of ear bumps 2. Glue them together BOOM! U have a squishy. xd
