Very interesting, my compliments! Would be a good idea to connect a Voltmeter and an Ammeter during discharging to get an idea about the discharge curve.

The charging duration depends on the current you charge. You can charge it up to 5 amps. By the way the max current it gives about 5 amps

Dude! I can see you are sincere in your test. But don't waste time addressing haters. They are not rational and will not be persuaded by rational arguments. Just focus on describing your claims, and keep everything in frame and clearly visible. Anticipate annoying stuff, like things falling over and screens being unreadable from the camera. Use a full can to anchor the motor so it does not move around on the table. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it can always be better. Carry on!

If you've tested capacitance, the problem can only be caused by internal resistance using some wattage.

Why don't you use the charger and discharge function? you can set the discharge current and termination voltage. Although you can't find Farads, you can find the capacity in mah.

Farads are more often used to measure the electrostatic charge of capacitors, mah for chemical batteries, if you look up the definitions of both and simplify, you will find out that 1 farad = 1 amp / 1 second

How do you measure Farad ?, How long lasting it in month? Do you measure lifeclycles ? Is it can achieve 10.000 cycles with stable capacity ?

I show in the video the formula of capacitance. I/C gives us the milivolt per secon. If you charge with 1 amp up to 1.2 volt 10 minutes means 500 farads. So it means each minute=50 farads. When it comes to your other questions; after 10 minutes the voltage drop 1.1 volt, after one day the voltage drop 0.9 volt and after one month the voltage drop 0.75 volts. Lastly, life cycles of the capacitor is about 100 000 with stable capacity. But you have to careful about not overcharging the Supercapacitor.

Because i heard on google that it's making better capacity than H2so4, naso4, Naoh or KOh ?

I am not sure bro but let me make comparison to give you an idea. Instead of this motor of l used 6 V regular dc motor, it would run about 1 hour (of course with less rpm)

A 15% loss in efficiency for homemade capacitor is not bad, but reality you have just compared A 1 v 500 farad capacitor to a 2 v 250 farad capacitor

nice video bro,but...the difference between capacitor (or Supercapacitor) and battery is that capacitor can dump "all" its energy in very very short period (less than secund)...that is why they are used in spot welders. you coud see that if you used thicker wire to short it at end of video.even simple AA 1,5v battery can make wire glow (you know that hack for starting fire in woods with thin aluminum foil and battery) and that dont make it supercapacitor. That you made you just call it supercapcitor, "if my grandma had a wheels that dont make her a bicycle" i dont want to diss you,maybe you did make a supercapacitor but you are proving in wrong ways...it did crage fast as the capacitor will do but i think internal resistance is bad so it can discharge as supercapacitor,and i dont see you test that. anyway you did build something cool and interesting,i think i will try to make that by my self ;) have a good day

Thanks for your long, detailed and informative comment. Of course l know all of that you said. You can’t assume that the Supercapacitor you made at home will be as good as a professional one. If you wanna make a one like commercial you need a laboratory and advanced equipment. Despite everything this a cool Supercapacitor that you can build at home and its worth to try. Thanks a lot.

@@joyofelectronics9782 yes it is awesome if i can build supercap at home,that is why i clicked on video :) I really hope this is supercapacitor but i only see here effects of good fast rechargeable battery, no high discharge current it will be cool if you can make video that show this have properties of Supercapacitor and not only rechargeable battery so people can see the difference
