My first homemade animatronic from the Efteling, built by myself! I’ve spent a few months working on bringing Pardoes from Symbolica to life in my own home. Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by animatronics, and one day I decided to just start building my own creations.
The idea became concrete when I was at the Efteling in the little shop ‘Spiegeltje Spiegeltje,’ where I saw various Efteling costumes, including Pardoes. Only the Pardoes costume is original; everything else is handmade.
In this video, I’ll show you the entire Symbolica pre-show in my living.
