That’s a nice creative variation of Bruschetta, Sarika. I make it with tomatoes, bell peppers, chili, extra virgin olive oil etc. My family loves it. Missed the Bhajan, may be another day? Love the cheery vibes in your home. Dineshbhai, a Father’s love is most felt while struggling with any issues, when he guides and encourages with positive and inspiring words of advice. My late father was a GEM of a human being. Everyone loved him and felt really fulfilled around him. He was the face of sweet kindness and unconditional love. He was born in Amreli, Sarika. You might like pasta and Puttanesca sauce! It’s a spicy tomato sauce (you can omit anchovies) with capers, chili pepper flakes and olives. Delicious! I am learning Indian cooking and Indian food is all I want to eat now! I love your KZfaq channel and I’m always interested in what you’re cooking and eating!

Jaydeep, you ashed how do they eat Bruschetta in Italy. The way they eat it would be too simple for you. They take a ciabatta style bread, slice it a cm thick and slow toast it until they are very hard and crispy. Then, you rub a clove of garlic over the bread and top the bread with small diced tomatoes dressed with extra virgin olive oil and a little amount of balsamic vinegar! What you had is what we call cheese on toast. 😊😊😊
