I usually have tomato base for my soup, but I'll be trying the beef broth. Looks like the soup we had growing up. We raised all of our food. My Daddy always had 2 or 3 gardens. I just viewed your vegetable soup video and what a sweet surprise it was when you and Lynn mentioned me and Marvin and our visit last Sunday. Thanks to both of you. We enjoyed meeting you and so enjoyed the church service. We almost drove back up today. I celebrated my birthday all week with family and friends. Cake, cupcakes, gifts, meals out,yard decorations crown, flowers. I felt the love from all. I made chili last night for dinner. Yummy. Going to have soup next week. The church service today on line was spirit filled and the choir was on fire. And I am happy for your dad and his new wife. My Mawmaw use to make the best vegetable soup every thing was fresh out the garden

Where do you buy groceries? Wal-mart has the Better than Bouillon 8 oz. jar for $4.28, which might seem like a lot, but it makes 38 cups of beef broth. which is 9.5 quarts. The cheapest beef broth at Wal-mart (and you probably would want something better) is $1.68 a quart which would equal $15.96 for the same amount of broth! I think it's a bargain and is really good. Your soup looks delicious and congratulations to your Dad. I'm glad he could find love again and be happy. I really hated seeing him so sad.
