This homemade wrinkle release spray is the perfect solution when you don't have time to iron clothes or don't have access to an iron! I like to take a bottle in my suitcase when I travel. I especially love that it only contains three ingredients that you probably already have on hand.

Thank you so much! I was looking for A wrinkle release for an elderly man at my church who lives in a home. He told me he doesn't wear a lot of his nicer shirts because they're always wrinkled. I did notice a lot of the ones in the store have a lot of chemicals in them and I didn't want to irritate his skin. I really appreciate you!

This has changed my life!! I just recently became a homemaker and my husbands clothes needed ironing for work and sometimes it would take me 45 minutes to an hour to iron everything. Using this spray it takes me 15-20 minutes max. It's the little things in life. THANK YOU!

For those of you suggesting ironing is faster: Either… Spray, spray, spray, takes two seconds, walk away, go sit on the couch and watch Netflix, come back, wrinkles gone. or… Pull out iron, pull out ironing board, wait for iron to get hot, keep waiting for iron to get hot, finally hot, then start to iron, iron, iron, iron, iron, flip, flatten, iron, iron, iron, iron, flip, flatten, iron, iron, iron, flip, flatten, iron, iron, iron, iron… repeat… unplug iron, wait for it to cool, put up ironing board, keep waiting for iron to cool, organize iron cord, put iron away. Yeah, totally faster to iron.

Moreover this is so much better for travelers. I cruise a lot and irons and steamers are not allowed on board. Just bring a 100ml bottle and you're good to go

Great video/recipe... I usually spray the item needing wrinkles removed and then shake them a few times then hang on a hanger. Definitely do not saturate or plan on that air drying for a few hours... 😃 been there done that. As long as you leave room around it to air dry, you can just hang in the hotel closet. Love the easy recipe...much easier than running to a dollar store for the bottles.

VINEGAR: Yeah at first it will smell a bit like vinegar. But If you use “‘white distilled vinegar’ especially in this small amount. The smell will go completely away as it evaporates. (20-45 min max) 😉

Why do you use hair conditioner and not fabric softener? I usually go to Dollar General and buy wrinkle releaser for like $2 a bottle, unfortunately since this pandemic started, they don't ever have any now. Good thing I was able to buy like three or four bottles back in March, however I am down to my last bottle and was starting to panic. 😱😱😱Thought I was gonna have start using the four letter word "I-R-O-N" Lol!!! 🤣🤣🤣
@JayStudda

I think the reason might be because fabric softeners might stain your clothing if used incorrectly on certain fabrics meanwhile the small amount of hair conditioner wouldn't
@brittanystanton4733

I love that this recipe gives an option for softeners since I find softener scents disgusting. There are many conditioners scent free and with less pungent fragrances.

Compared to ironing, will it damage the clothes?
@mariamsiddiqui1300

For the most part: No. It might damage on delicate fabrics (like silk), so if you are unsure, first test it on a hidden area of the clothing.

i hardly ever get my question answered i asked how to get wrinkles out of fabric that has been glued on to a sheet of styrene
@junepitsley5928
@junepitsley5928 4 жыл бұрын
if you glued the wrinkles on, they will not come out unless you remove the fabric. At that point, you probably have stretched the fabric taking it off so it is not a good idea. You should have used a rolling pin or something like that to remove the wrinkles as you glued the fabric on
