One of the best videos on Sciatica I have ever seen on KZfaq. Thanks. I am myself suffering from Sciatica and will surely try your suggested medicines and will post my feedback. I have just two additional points to make : 1. Please add English subtitles to your video. This will certainly increase your viewership. 2. My own experience tells me that while the भुजंगासन mentioned by you very definitely helps, forward bending asanas like पश्चिमोत्तानासन actually aggravate the Sciatica problem - atleast that is my experience. I avoid these. Thanks once again.

सर मुझे चार पांच दिन से बहुत भयंकर साइटिका पेन हो रहा है... लेकिन जब मैं बैठी हूं तो मुझे अच्छा लगता है मैं खड़े नहीं हो सकती... पीछे की तरफ झुकने में और सीधा खड़ा होने में मुझे बहुत भयंकर दर्द होता है... मैं डॉक्टर को दिखा दिया दर्द के इंजेक्शन भी लगा लिए पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ रहा कृपया कोई इंस्टेंट रिलीफ के लिए मेडिसिन बताए.. दो छोटे बच्चों को मैनेज करना बहुत मुश्किल हो गया है😭😭😭😭
