I want to share my own experience , please take iron & vitamin c if you have hair fall & u hv shortage of hemoglobin , your lips are getting dark , having sleepiness , hair is getting more dry , more dull . Please take this . Then use chemical free medicated oil , shampoo & some home remedies .

Iron tablet does not suit everyone majority get side effects from them….there is increased bleeding during menstruation after taking them.. hair fall might necessarily need not be due toh vit or iron deficiency there might be other causes.. first test should be done then taking supplements is advised
