I found this UNFORTUNATE property while working my fulltime job and I knew Jess and I had to conquer it. After checking out the property together, we decided to give @bigdylanlawncare a call to see if he could help us tackle it. While chatting with a neighbor, I found out that this once beautiful home was vandalized after the owners got divorced and left it abandoned. We were on this property for about 9 hours- around hour four, we realized there was a garage attached to the house!

Because you could legally be liable for anything you did -without permission - on the property. Fortunately, there's only about a 1-in-10,000 chance of that.

Great Job! As a neighbor there is no way I would let a yard next to my home get like that. It brings rodents and I wouldn't want to look at that everyday.

This overgrown yard looks like a scary house from a movie set. Almost always a sad story when you do some research on the history of a neglected place, but you are the heroes who rescued this place and made the neighborhood look so much better. Bravo & well done 👏 ❤

Wow what a difference! The neighbours will be really appreciative, the critters living in that forest won't be there anymore. I saw quite a few rats run for cover during the weed eating. Was a hard job but you did an amazing job and took it to the end. Kudos to all! It's a shame that house was left to rot.

That really helped to start mowing down the front. Put in a big sense of order. That place would be a vermin invitational there. Should help the neighborhood a lot to have it cleaned-up. 9:48, can see this is going to be a huge change for the area. A place of normally groomed yards. It looks 100% better already just getting the growth knocked down in front. I was looking at the growth to the side of the house and puzzling what it was meant to be like...and you say it was just seedling overgrowth blocking the sight of a garage.... I can see deterioration of the home, but your cleanup will give a better perspective of what might need to be done to repair and restore it, etc. You all did get that place back to a Restart on completion. Nice work. Good remembering to blow off the neighbors lawns. Creates goodwill.

A lovely home next to our home was vacant and hubby just hopped on his John Deere and did a beautiful job every week until recently it was purchased. Now the new owner doesn't have a lawn mower so hubby continues to mow it they keep trying to pay him and I told him do not accept $$ it's what neighbors are for. Their gate to the back yard is too small for the John Deere to go through so she has some family members that use a small push mower to do that. It all works out LOL. FANTASTIC JOB ON THIS PROPERTY and wow it does have a double car garage LOL Totally amazing after removing all the tree's and bushes there really is a house too LOLOL.

All I can say is God bless you and your families for doing that, You are amazing and I hope that people in your area give you business to support you.
