Pool bathroom main door is glass, completely no privacy for anyone who uses the toilet or takes a shower in the glass enclosed shower area. Weird door choice for a bathroom.

Why no outlets on the vacant walls outside the hallways? could be messy when it's on the other side of the wall if you will use them for consul tables with CPUs. For the price lacking in faucets for wasing machines in the laundry area.

For those commenting on the price which they consider exorbitant, bear in mind that this is inside Ayala Heights in Quezon City. For high end buyers, location is paramount, thus the premium price.

Not a good idea to put a bar stool near the pool its to narrow its dangerous specialy when you are drunk.. matumba ka deretso ka sa pool 🤣

Hell No!!! i will not buy that kind of house. ive seen alot of houses far better than this one which is more cheaper than this, its over price.

Same lang yan sa mga branded shoes or bag. Mahal kahit hindi kagandahan ang design. Pero dahil branded kaya mahal. Ung bahay naman nakatayo sa high-end na lugar kaya mahal. 😂
