In my journey, I have realized that in order for our homeschool to be as successful as possible, we have to first remove all things public school from our child's mind and behavior. Don't make the mistake of focusing on curriculum in the beginning, like I did. We have to start by throwing away all that old-school programming.

I agree with deschooling. The Bible also teaches every subject...God is the Creator of Everything. Glad I ran into your channel.

Yes, the Bible does teach every subject. We are reading from Numbers, and we've had a couple of impromptu math lessons from the numbers listed. Thank you for watching.

Thank you for sharing. We are a few years in also but I am just now realizing we need to deschool and look at things a little differently. I'm excited for the switch and your video definitely helps understand the goals and process.
