super ganda po Ms. Eva. Very organized lahat nasa proper order at cool sa mata ang paint. C Ms. Eva kahit anong color ng outfit nya bagay na bagay. Seguro po kahit magsoot ka ng punit punit na damit maganda pa rin tingnan iba talaga pag maputi at makinis. Ang galing po ninyo mag house viewing kase complete details at hindi nagmamadali. Very impressive! Napaka organizado ng layout ng bahay plus may mga sliding doors in case kelangang maging private ang kwentuhan sa loob ng rooms. Plus i like the comfort given to the helpers. And very sunny and airy. Parang gusto ko nang bumili ng US lottery ticket!

Hi Ms Eva palagay ko sa may Master bedroom Wash room (toilet). Ang urinal na mention mo ay actually "BIDET". Anyway the house is so good and very comfortable because of the size and area. Thanks for your detailed house tour. I appreciate.

Hello po, impressive ang house lalo na yong part sa may pool area na may shower. Yong ibang house kasi na may pool wala shower area. Okay lang yong iba na may CR sa may service area or malapit sa Maid’s quarter.

I really like the house, I think flexible sya if the future owner wants to add some fixtures or details sa house para mas may character. Kaso, even though nasa isang kilalang subd. sya (sa pagkakaalam ko po, so maybe the price is reasonable naman) but it really feels impractical for me. May something sya that I really cant put my finger on it kung ano man iyon. It feels so lacking and im guessing it's the “homey-home” feeling na us Filipinos usually prefer. Sa pagkakaalam ko po, fully furnished na po bahay na ganito po no? But even though fully-furnished na sya, hopefully the future buyer will add more character sa bahay, maybe it'll give more homey-home atmosphere on the house. I have no idea abt stuffs na related po sa real-state, architecture or stuffs na related po sa ganito, so wala sana ma triggered, opinion lang naman po. 😊 Edit: This comment is made half-way pa lang po ako sa video, bonus din yung natural light na pumapasok sa house. Sana ma-appreciate din ng interested buyer(s) since us filipinos kahit gano pa kalaki bulsa natin, gustong-gusto talaga natin mag tipid sa electric bill. Ewan ko ba. 😆

Charming house in an expensive community, modern design but dislike the idea of incorporating the cabinets inside the bathrooms which the designer did not forsee of the adverse effect.

Yes the cabinetry is mediocre and looks cheap sa kitchen. When you mentioned black countertops make sure you say what kind like it’s a granite or quartz . Also sa bathroom din.I like how spacious sng house Pero mga tiles and other items are kind of cheaps Hoping this house when they built it’s not cheap materials yung mga ginamit during construction. Hay naku baka mag earthquake mag crack. With 195 mil.😂

Walang oven, walang walk-in pantry. For 195M. Not so sure about this. The pool is too small also. Or yung dapat na pantry, wala pang built-in food rack.
