My wife recently diagnosed with Parkinson's . I am full carnivore for 70 days now. I am 80 years old. I walk backwards for 3 miles per day, go fishing and biking as well. I'm hardly ever still , and feeling well and energetic. My wife absolutely rejects the carnivore or even a low carb diet. Won't even try it..Lots of carbs and sugar is her diet. Can confirm. In my fifties I was physically falling apart. Now at 60 as a five year carnivore I’m a world #1 and World Record holder in sprint rowing. The foundation is without a doubt the carnivore diet. To train and perform at that level requires the best nutrition available. To not break down at that level of power and speed is exceptional by definition. No way it could be accomplished following establishment diet advice. Go carnivore and thrive like you were born to do.

Thank you for sharing your story! "Live by nature, not the System" is spot on. I have a lifetime of experiences where the system failed me (but was kept alive...) and I finally reached my breaking point, didn't care if I lived or died, just tired of fighting the System. God had bigger plans for me. I've been carnivore since January, off all meds, and mentally and physically healthy. The System can't survive if we're healthy! Sorry for the long comment...I just want to thank you again for sharing your story because so much of it resonated with me and I hope for many others too. ❤

Thankyou Mimi.. my father has had Parkinsons for over a decade and i've just emailed the link to your amazing testimony with Kerry... i'm really hoping it inspires him to try carnivore for at least 30 days. He's 77 and still capable of thinking outside the box, rather than just trust and rely on ''the system'' that has had no answers for this dreaded disease other than management with physical therapy/ pharma meds...the keys to health and recovery are in our own pockets, not those of the medical industrial complex which are only overflowing with money.

Im sorry you are suffering so much from lyme. here are some things to look up and try: Add in fasting with carnviore to heal your body & brain with lyme. Fasting channels Dr mindy pelz vds 7 types of fasting, rmold, efeed after a fast, what to drink on a fast, detox liver/kidney, heavy metal detox, open lymph pathways, channels Dr Jason Fung fasting, channel A healthy alternative (he recommends vegan dont do it eat carnviore), DR MICHELLE SLATER LYME DRY FASTING vds (her book is a must read). channel Candida eric bakker naturopath (his chan named changed but, this will get you to his vds) he is EXCELLENT = vds mold, candida (if you had antibiotics you most likley have this) and h pylori (80% of lyme patients have h pylori), SIBO, rebuilding immune system, raw fermented veggies, dr berg's vds on mold, raw fremented veggies too. add in MCT oil daily = channel Dr Berg's vds this kills off bio-films, is a anti-bacteria/virus fighter, adds fuel to the brain home made bone broth!! easy to make lots of vds buy bones at grocery store. this will heal your gut aka YOUR IMMUNE system. start out with a small amount daily to see if your body can tolerate it then add more ie 1 cup a day sea channel Dr Axe vds on lyme & bone broth. eat fat. use fat secret si. TE to figure out your fat intake = try for 70% fat/30% protein and/or 80% fat/20 % protein (will have to try both to figure out what helps your brain & body). Wishing you all the best in your healing journey. take care 🌷🌷🌷

Got called out at 0030 got home at 0600. Was totally exhausted. Prior to that, in 2005 I was shot multiple times in Iraq. Have nerve damage from the injuries and operations. This morning I was very slow moving and lacked coordination. I ate a lot of sugar, thinking maybe my blood sugar was low. Have been on carnivore. Finally feeling a little more normal now. Will start back on carnivore and back to the gym tomorrow. This lady helps motivate me to keep going with my old routine.

Thank you for sharing another amazing heath journey. I'm a 50 year old perimenipause woman who's in remission from chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was on a weekly biologic injectible medication "Enbrel," with other prescriptions like Celebrex, Methotrexate, Tramadol & Prednisone at times that made my immune system sick and my body obese & weak starting at the age of 27. I started eating a ketogenic lifestyle in September 2019, and now I'm mainly carnivore "Ketovore." This way of eating is the only thing that has helped my weight loss of 60lbs, severe pain, inflammation, and other metobolic health conditions. Also, I started implementing lifting heavy weights, strength training & balance exercises 4 times a week last April. It has been a new life for me! You can seek your true health every day, starting with what you eat/drink & don't eat/drink. Thank you, Christine Peters

Fascinating story. Thank you, Kerry, for sharing all those absolutely wonderful journeys to health. Me and my family started carnivore 2 moths ago trying to help my daughter. She’s is definitely a motivator for me. I’ve tried to do keto and failed with all the snacks. Tried and failed at Carnivore a few times of start/stop since October 2023 which I successfully did for 30 days but holidays side tracked me. Still consuming Carnivore YT channels and trying to stick with it but my sugar addiction and easy access to vending machines at work are obstacles to overcome. Good luck folks are your healing journey.

@08turboSS 75 and you are wrong. He had been sick since age 65 with cancer. Same with my grandmother, a vegetarian with cancer. My aunt, the same thing. The cancer they fought. They all took supplements. Drank vegetable juices and fruit juices. They had been lifetime vegans. My grandfather got Parkinson's on top of the cancer. None could take care of themselves to remember how to eat in the belly of the cancer. I believe that they were malnourished. I took care of them. I would know. I'm angry that I could have saved them all. Stubborn is a vegan! Deceived! They were eating gmo fruits and vegetables and didn't even know it. Note the gvt is all for the vegan... 🫸 pushing, pumping the crazies. Even the supplements are fake and chemically made. After they all passed away I looked into the company of 4 of their supplements... I quit looking as I knew the greatest scam is the vegan, whole foods, organic industry. I talk from experience and research. It just didn't dawn on me that their cancerous death was being vegan!!

I've been Lego ore for the last several months and I feel better than I have since I was a 7 year old. Hoping to transition to full carnivore soon. Thank you Kerry for introducing so many amazing folks! You are a true blessing. You should interview my son, who is my inspiration, who is healing severe psoriatic arthritis and depression with carnivore. It was when he told me last year that he was going to live on beef and salt that I freaked and started researching like crazy, discovering you and Dr. Berry and a slew of advocates, as well as being knocked out by the regeneration of my son, that I thought I needed this for me. 💗 thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Why are people afraid of that particular change? If they could be shown how easy and simple it is. It becomes the simplest shopping list. The grocery cart becomes a basket! Meals become fast and easy! Some are afraid they'll miss the chips, potatoes, sodas and pre-packaged meals. If they appreciated their addiction is a result of those foods, it would make a difference in their choice. This has been the most thoughtful and encouraging video on diet ever. Kerry, you saved yourself. You look great, you are off your medications. Now you bring us interviews like this lady, Mimi, also saving themselves. I love the carnivore community. You are using the phrase "Healing Humanity" - because it is true, carnivore is healing us. I get frustrated that the carnivore community is not growing fast enough to save more people. Today I was buying raw meat at the grocery store. The only thing in the cashier checkout was two packages of meat. The cashier commented, she saw a doctor on KZfaq who said eating meat is not healthy. I can imagine what she saw, one of the many who think eating meat will give them cancer and/or heart attack. By the way, this cashier is plenty overweight. I got upset, starting telling the cashier the youtube video she saw was wrong. Then I realized my voice was aggressive, so I said to the cashier, I am not mad at you. I am frustrated with all the fake information on KZfaq that people believe. So videos like this one with Mimi are absolutely necessary to counterbalance the many incorrect video presentations. What carnivore has that the veggie doctors don't have, is testimonials of people who used carnivore to get off medications from severe diseases like Parkinson's. If there are any vegetarians, vegans, or standard American diets who got themselves off medications for a severe disease, I have yet to see them. Anybody got one of those miracles that got them off Parkinson's medications using veggies?

I have limited scleroderma, asthma, celiac(I’m told, but skeptical). I’ve been on tons of medications and have been taking an antacid several times a day from indigestion. In severe pain from the calsinosis buildup in my fingers. A breast cancer survivor. I finally got Covid the first week in March and was too sick to take medication. When I finally began my meds two and a half weeks later, I felt like I had been poisoned and my body purged it from my stomach within 15 minutes. I didn’t take another pill until I went back to my rheumatologist. Started Keto and lost 12 pounds in three weeks. My Dr took me off several meds and lowered the rest. I appreciate him being willing to listen to me. Feeling better now. Have been mostly carnivore this last week and I don’t crave eating as much. I’m finally full. I need to lose weight but the need to be healthy is the most important thing to me right now. I’m 68 years old and of course my family who knows everything tells me to be careful and not shock my body. Shock my body??? My body was already in shock. I have to stop listening to well meaning loved ones and do what is best for me! My goal is for the calsinosis to be resolved in my fingers! This lady Mimi is my age and is now my hero! I have breast cancer, 70 lbs overweight, chronic lyme, hashimoto's, and a lifelong battle with depression, arthritis, allergies, chronic ear infections/sinus infections, brain fog, and more. I will be journaling every day so I can remind myself of the changes. I plan to do the 75 Hard program to work on the mental/physical side that needs to do a 180. I will be taking daily photos, and I cant wait to dive into this with everything I have.

Cancer feeds on sugar. If you're addicted to sugar you could try doing a water fast to rid yourself of cravings and reset your tastebuds. I've done a 21 day water fast and felt amazing. I didn't have any major issues except chronic migraines. The cancer can't grow without sugar. Lion diet of meat and water is zero sugar.

And what really pisses me off is you're a sugar addict and cancer lives on sugar did the doctors not tell you this? Probably not since most people come off of chemo in the first thing they do is hand them a cookie and juice. I live in a senior community and there's one of the women here who is also a breast cancer survivor and I tell her all the time to stay away from the damn sugar if you don't want that cancer to come back stay away from the sugar

I lost my best friend due to an extraordinarily inept diagnosis from his "favorite" doctor at the VA. He was a sixty five year old man who exercised daily and was at a decent weight, but had lifelong high blood pressure for which he took medicine daily. A few years back he was having severe chest pains, shortness of breath and said it felt like an elephant was sitting on his chest. Anyone reading this knows what was happening, but this "doctor" gave him antacids and sent him home where he died maybe two hours later. So now, as I'm watching this wonderful lady's story, I'm reminded of what happened to my best friend and couldn't agree more........ BECOME YOUR OWN SELF-ADVOCATE!! Doctors don't always get it right and often are more motivated to get to the next patient or just get you out of their office. I'm not saying you should argue and fight with doctors all the time (except when needed), but don't just say oh well and go home if you know something isn't right. God bless you Mimi and thank you so much for sharing your story. I'm trying like crazy to get my younger sister to try carnivore as she has an aggressive form of parkinson's disease. I don't know if it'd work for her, but I hope she'll at least give it a try. She's all but cut off all communication with us as she's trying to cope with what she has.

I have watched a lot of carnivore videoes. Testimonies from people healing themselves by avoiding carbs. Amazing. And now a lovely lady healing herself from Parkinsons. Wow. I didn't even know that was possible. I know the physical mechanism behind this. Physiology, human body biology. But it only sank into me as a very true reality when a friend of mine told me that he was not on blood pressure medicine anymore after he went carnivore. It was like I only just then understood it fully into my heart that this diet work. I knew it beforehand. But only in theory. I had to see it in real life before I believed it for real. It was a big epiphany for me

My sister just had a brain bleed/stroke that I am concluding is from the vaccine. But she is 7th Day Adventist and doesn't eat a lot of meat. It is so sad that people are created to suffer due to the push away from meat and being plant based. The absolute suffering of the population does not have to be, but being pushed on society.

Most 70 year olds are NOT in nursing homes. Don’t know where that thought came from. I’m 72, not overweight, do weight training multiple times a week and love to bike ride or walk for miles.

Yes, in fact most 90 year olds are not in nursing homes but manage like my mum, with a bit of housework help in their own homes. I am 71. I run, bike, swim and lift and manage a two acre property. I look so young for my age most assume I am younger than my husband who is 59. I eat whole foods but am not carnivore. For many we just have to avoid the junk food and keep protein to around 100g. 70 for most is not even old.

I have been toying with the diet but her story has motivated me to stop playing around and to go for it. I will be 70 this year and always been physically active ( horses, biking, hiking, weights, racket sports before I lost part of my vision) but I've been struggling the past couple of years. My feet hurt and my back hurts all the time now, brain fog, fatigue, and depression. My diet hasn't been horrible but it's time to cut it all out accept carnivore. I've tried everything else. If this doesn't work, nothing will. Blessings to you. ❤

PLEASE do an interview with Sally K Norton, because oxalates have a LOT to do with why people are so sick. Lowering oxalates, while eating more meat go together! For some, going straight to carnivore can be harmful. So if people know about what Sally teaches along with the Meat info, I think they would be better off.
@JustMeOTF
@JustMeOTF 2 ай бұрын
I agree! I found Sally after 15 years eating mostly raw vegan, (13 of those years in horrible chronic upper back pain) then losing my gallbladder 2 years ago. All those years of pain and doctors had no idea what was going on with me. If it wasn't for finding Sally I can only imagine where I'd be right now. Six months into lowering oxalates and adding in lots of meat and fat 75% of that pain was gone. The dumping symptoms are what happens to a lot of us when lowering oxalates, which is where people could get confused to what's happening. Edit: one year of lowering oxalates and eating lots of meat I was pain free.

What years did this occur? Any relationship to the JAB? I am close to exactly your age, Mimi. The St. Francis way has been on my list for 15 years. 20 years of being a fitness coach, long distance runner, long distance road cyclist, weight training and believing the high fiber/low fat diet. At 40 diagnosed with Thyroidectomy at 31. Reynauds, fibromyalgia and now facing a total hip in May. My mental state and no processed food kept me going, (like you) until it didn’t due to so much inflammation and intestinal issues. Been carnivore for 3 weeks now. Skin improved, walking better, no joint pain, whites of eyes from yellow to white, no gassiness or bloating and expecting a very quick recovery from surgery. BTW, the only drug I take is low dose thyroid hormone. Believe me, I have refused over a dozen different drugs offered me over a 20 year period. I refused the jab also and was pounced on for that, too. We are the example. Walk the walk……🙏🏻

Finally shed light after 15 years. My aunt (mom's sister) passed away due to Parkinson's about 15 years ago. Doctor said no cure but gave her lots medications. She's being fed lots veggies, rice, spices cook with fish meat, etc. Her family understand that more veggies , the better. Two years she was on wheel chairs, fully dependent on care by her daughters. RIP❤ aunty. Wish i knew of Carnivore back then. Many of us fell into doctors n big pharma trap & lies. I myself tried Carnivore to find my gums stopped bleeding. Dentist told me infection. 🙄🙄 .. Thanks Kerry.

After 6 months, my slightly elevated blood pressure disappeared. Now, the rash/sores on my arm have vanished (I think they were indicators of the borderline diabetes I’ve had for around 30 years or more). Last time at the dr.s I still was borderline diabetic, but my triglycerides were good and my good cholesterol was good, so, healing just takes time, after 60 years plus of carb addiction and more and more volumes of soda. I’m picking up some lamb chop lollipops today and will have some BBQ smoked brisket near my gym training today (with a trainer , 2X a week). I never cooked at home, and always ate out except for once when I was healing from cancer surgery, and healed myself with juicing organics and organic foods. Now, I eat at home as the norm, and being carnivore and once in a blue moon ketovore (when I eat Indian curry about once a month), cooking is easy, and FAST and shopping is simple. I love it. And the QUALITY of my food is much better and of course I get to control the ingredients (using organic butter and tallow and NOT seed oils). The weightloss is slow and steady, at around 2- 2 1/2 pounds a week. I am building more muscle, which we really can’t see yet, since my fat covers my building muscle, but, the reps and longer times and strength building that my chart says, says I have more muscle. It’ll be nice when I can finally SEE it, when more fat melts off. It just takes time. My clothes get looser but it’s slow and steady. Kelly Hogan is my group carnivore coach, and I’m going to do Bella the steak and butter gal next. She’s more hard core.
