MadVR is releasing Motion AI on all of its Extreme Models. Andrew talks 1 on 1 with MadVR CEO Richard Litofsky about the origins of MadVR and a detailed explanation and example of how motion AI is intended to work. The pro's and con's of motion processing and most of all the "why" of it all.

Honestly, I didn't notice the slightest difference before or after _until_ the split screen. When I tracked a person's head in the background it goes from "normal'' to stuttering as soon as it crosses the line. It's so subtle, but has a huge impact at the same time. Pretty cool.

Sorry been on leave. Yep its really hard to record and then duplicate this in the way that we see it with the human eye. I am actually glad you could see any difference at all :-) but it looks great in real life

Hi I saw your unedited comment and it was a fair one. This is immensely hard to capture on camera and is subtle but definitely noticeable in "the flesh" Appreciate your comments thank you

Great video and explanation of the benefits of the Madvr. Wish it was priced for the masses and not for the elite. I would buy one if it was $2k

Thank you. I wish it was cheaper too but the R and D for this stuff is sky high. So while yes it is a pc its the coding that makes it work. It would be nice if we could all by shiny things at affordable prices. We are always looking for ways to deliver amazing images at prices that many can afford. We have spent a LOT of time developing calibration to deliver extreme quality on affordable projectors. Our aim is to help as many as we can.

Hi. Yes it was actually really interesting. Quite challenging understanding the issues and making it balance with what we see, know and think we understand. This word "director's intent" I don't think it means what you think it means" :-) !

I would suggest you go back to the person who sold you the madvr for support on this. We can help but we do charge for our time

strted testing this today int he beta update, and so far its really nice. there are a ton of settings though. kind of wish there weren't so many, but ill find a good mix soon enough.

True. I think maybe a simple mode and a pro mode would help some users?

@@HomeTheatreEngineering I do appreciate the options. I currently have a JVC projector and I used to use their version. It only has 2 options, and it's either too low or super strong, so some options in the middle are nice.
