The Last Day really is a story that should've been done a decade earlier, it feels like the Seventh Doctor in Big Finish has been completely directionless since the Elder Gods story from 2014 or if you're being generous the Mel and Ace audios (which they abruptly stopped with no conclusion in 2018), and then suddenly they throw out The Last Day which expects you to remember so many characters and elements of the Seventh Doctor's life over the years
