The way Atif and Mahira react when they visited the mall is quite familiar for me. When the first shopping mall came in our area, I was a school kid.. I went there with my friends after school just to have a glimpse of what a shopping mall looks like... I still remember the anxiety and excitement I had while visiting the mall as it was a big deal for a kid like me back then. We bought 2 frooti and a packet of Good day Biscuit from there after thorough inspection. Trust me we save our pocket money for a week to have it. Life was simple and fun. I am not blaming today's kids, but they can never understand that feeling.

Just watch her expressions in the song. She superbly display the excitement of someone who is experiencing the simplest of the joys of life for the first time in her life. She portrays the joy of a girl who is having innocent fun for the first time. Everything about this movie was just amazing. I watched Bol and Khuda Ke Liye. the only 2 Pakistani movies I have ever seen, on the same day, and my god, my heart was so heavy at the end of the day that I did not feel like going to the office the next day. If you have not watched this movie, then you definitely watch it.

@@shumailakanwal7625 Its about how regressive thinking has taken over the actual interpretation of Islam, and how different people (some with vested interested and some unintentionally out of ignorance) can ruin the lives of others around them. It also tells about the need to be more sympathetic towards others. 'Bol' was especially a big tear-jerker. Only a few minutes into the movie and my eyes were already moist. And by the time the movie ended I was actually crying. It was a dark reminder of how every so-called thekedar of mazhab makes the weak the first casualty of their interpretation of Islam. You have to see the movie to understand what I mean. No words can do any justice to it. If you haven't watched the movie yet, please do a favor to yourself and watch it at the first available opportunity. And tell me in the comments how you liked it

Actually a few months before I saw a program in pakistani channel, program host was Hadiqa Kiani, and guest was Shiraz Upal and his wife, in this program Hadiqa Kiani mentioned that this song composed by Shiraz Upal. You can see this program on KZfaq also, program name was, "aap k sitaray with Hadiqa Kiani, Shiraz Upal".

Back to 2012, summer days in Kota. I was in nurture preparing for medical entrance exams. So cool time it was. I was so determinant, ambitious and eyes full of dreams to become a doctor in AIIMS. I used to listen this song as a relaxing therapy after the hectic day of classes. Now today, I am a doctor not in AIIMS but this is life and goes on ❤️.
