1989 Honda Accord SEi coupe: More inside, motor, trunk.see part 1
Added power lock and trunk actuators controlled by Viper alarm/remote start, rear facing camera through Kenwood/Pandora media head unit.

Love it!!! I had a 1989 LXi Coupe with a 5-speed. Taupe exterior. Brown cloth interior. Bought from a Honda dealer in 1994 with 90k miles. Sold on eBay in 2002 with 233k miles. No better car has ever been made. :-)

Pretty yes but not bone stock. Those rims are updated and he's got led markers in the front.

Dude you are so lucky to own this, the 80s styling is where it's at and also the condition is perfect. These things were built so well back then, and the Fit wheels look awesome on it!

89 Four door SE is rare enough around here but i dont think i have ever seen a coupe. 91 coupe se yes but never seen one of these here. Ultra rare. Superb condition 👌👏 Beautiful Accord

89 Lxi was my first beater. Didnt know they made a leather version. Thats too clean. Kinda miss my old aerodynamic brick.

I used to have Accord like this one, but the latest model of 1989. It was one of my favorite among other Accord I had ever used.

I'll likely try and go on that Saturday if the weather is nice. Would be fun. We'll have to stay in touch as the show gets near. This year they are featuring Ford's so they may not take to kindly to our Honda's. :)

Just read on the Fall Jefferson website that cars need to be pre -1989 so seems we may be a year too early unfortunately. Maybe another Spring car show?

What a spectacular SEi you've got!! Great new videos. I've admired your pics out on 3Geez for a while now. It looks showroom. Really like the Fit rims. I'm truly envious! Thanks for checking out my '89 LXI. I'm in Green Bay; would be fun to get the two cars together sometime. Culd make for a cool photoshoot. Maybe Fall Jefferson or something even.

I have actually thought about doing so the last couple years because it doesn't leave the garage enough and I would like to get a motorhome to travel the country. I know the local Honda dealer 2 blocks from my house buys older Honda's. I need to take it over to for him to look at. I would entertain offers. I know what I'd have to get in order to make me part with it. Let me know what you are thinking

@@Jonayd I can look tomorrow, I see it was just over 110K miles on that video back in 2013. I would think it's under 115K. I don't even drive it in the rain and never in the winter. I live in the suburbs of Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Yes it is a original transmission, i just added the newer shift lever.

Well as far as I know the SEi had leather seating, a bose factory radio Amp and Speakers. A dual cup holder. It has a dual chrome tipped muffler and four wheel disc brakes also but that may have been on the LXi coupe also, I don't have all the specs. I thought I had seen a full discription on the 3Geez site.

Very nice. I remember wanting one when they came out. Already had an '86 DX hatchback. Couldn't afford to upgrade at that time. BTW, it's SUPER HARD on older engines to start them with the AC running. You should always make sure the fan switch is in the off position at the very least. Even in my new car I always turn the AC/Auto HVAC off. Just a great example of a wonderful car.
