Best video so far. Explanation is great, terminology was good. Use of multimeter with explanation and part opening video was excellent. Remember no mechanics will watch these videos but common people who want to understand what is happening. This was very helpful for me and I was able to determine my RR unit is gone. Thanks I'll get it replaced.

Hi brother, I have Honda Activa 5g suddenly when I put the key and turned on the digital display is not in ON and speedometer reading is in 60, when I use the Kickstarter the vehicle did not start, it started one time with a weird engine noise and automatically turned OFF, what would be the problem bro

Activa 3g 0.14mm(or 0.15mm max) using feeler guage at cold engine at TDC position.

Actually feeler gauge won't work like that. Mechanics only check for lateral play.if rocker move freely its good to go. using feeler gauge is quit typical and in most cases don't give better performance as expected.

@@indoremechanics no but i have learnt few things during my activa 3g mileage issue fixing. This valve clearance number is told by authorized service center mechanic last year when i went for carb tuning.

It depends on how much it's discharged and at what condition it is. A discharge battery is like a dirty utensil too much low voltage will too much time to regain.

Sir mari activa HET me charge kee problem hai battery charge nahi jo rahi rectifier bhi change kerwa ke dekh liye battery excide kee hai battery wale ke pass jata ho kee battery change karo to bho company kee ek mechine se report Nihal ke de dita hai kee battery ok hai mechanic ko kehta HO to bho battery ke ek terminal ko Nihal ke short kerta hai to current nikalta hai bho keh dita hai kee battery ne problem hogi ager charge nahi ho rahi kase rectifie hogi problem

My activa 2013 model het Voltage is coming very low like 3v to 4v Also battery not charging I checked alternator regulator and it's working fine but low voltage what would be the problem is. Is it magnet coil?

Wiring has open circuit. Or YOU NEED TO. CHECK BY REPLACING RR UNIT AND MANET COIL. OR BATTERY TOO.

Rectifier shows 15v above when race.. Is it ok

Bro mere activa 125 bs4 m.. 8 months pehle new battery lagai n uske 5 months bad battery low ho gyi..on self nhi le rhi thi, battery ko charge krwaya phir lgai..uske 3 months bad abhi waps battery low ho gyi...kya problem ho skti h? Battery wala bol ra battery shi h. Or service center p check krwaya mene to bole ki RR UNIT shi h...m kya kru? M kese chech kru..mere pas gr p multi meter bhi h...how to check &solve this problem?

I changed all Bulbs to LEDs to conserve more battery.

Wattage will be same, I don't think it will extend battery life. and you changed to led, definitely bulbs were not damaged which you changed. BTW I'll cover it in a video.

@@indoremechanics headlight bulb was 35w. I changed it to 6 watt Osram genuine LED on dc connection through switch. Turn indicator bulbs 21w. Now simtac LEDs 5w or 10w I guess( not sure about it. Not written on box). Brake light 21/5w. Now 10/5w LED. Hope its significant reduction battery power consumption
