My father is 60+ and bought this smooth riding car on the VXT Automatic model. He loves it a plenty and just a few weeks ago went on a 10 hour long drive with my mother -- only possible due to the fantastic interiors.

Excellent and to the point review ❤ I bought a Honda amaze vx cvt on 10th July 23. Drove around 1500 km so far. My honest feedback 1. Absolute silent engine 2. Cvt is a gem with smooth shifting with few lags due to rubber band effect. But the paddle shifter does the job in an excellent way. You can use paddle shifters both in D and S mode. 3. Seating comfort is great 4. Ac is superb with rear and front defogger effect. No need for rear ac vents 5. Quiet practical features are there for regular use. No need to pay for the gimmick features like sunroof. 6. Build quality is average though it has managed to get 4 star adult safety rating. But please note the child safety rating is only 1. Which is very poor and pathetic to be considered as a safety measure 7. Mileage in city without any service I am getting around 13 to 14 kmpl. 8. Boot space is adequate for 4 adult passengers on a long trip. 9. Honda has made some adjustments on the ground clearance. So far I did not experience any issues with that while managing big pot holes or in the uneven bumps 10. LED headlamp is an absolute right upgrade in the face-lift. This will definitely help you in pitch dark roads at night.

I am proud owner of Honda Amaze for 3 years. Petrol MT VX. I get 14-15 mileage in city and 17-18 on highways. It's really good. It can go upto 120kmph without any problem. Then it vibrates and I feel its not so stable. I am normal driver and I drive mostly at 80-90kmph with light pedal. It's spacious. My parents liked it very much. Back seat comfort is really good. Its a family car. Guys pls don't go for this if u r in hilly areas and u r driving enthusiast. Specially for petrol. The two cons I observed after driving for 42000kms are- 1. The headlight luminous intensity. 2. Soft suspension. I hope Honda took care of these in facelift. This car is for those who want a family car which can be driven by ladies and elders also. Have a happy and safe driving.

I own AMAZE VX MT , WRV VX & HECTOR PLUS SHARP (All are diesel powered) Amaze give me 18+ in city and 22+ on highway , WRV 18+in city and 23+ on highway & Hector plus returns 13+ in city and 17+ on highway . The point is that I'm very impressed with all the vehicles and would recommend these to everyone

Actually I am going to buy amaze after 2 years. Currently i have Hyundai xcent sx (o) . Don't think I am a ola driver but I love the shape of compact sedan not too long and not too short..

I own Tata Tigor purchased on Jan 2021... every thing is prefect in it except the 3 cylinder engine...I really feel little powerless when I try to overtake...I will surely go for amaze diesel as I'm big fan of sedans...

We own amaze vx 2020 model and it is a well balanced car. Only cons are low torque and suspension but both are manageable. Especially great for your parents. I can vouch for it's build quality as I once crashed it into a large size bull at 100 kmph in highway and still drove the car to nearest service station without any harm to myself. Very stable chassis

In love with its Punchy engine, iVtec & CVT gearbox. Put it into hard tests on highways and it still it feels fresh.. 0 to 100 is a bliss anyday

We own 2 Amaze in my family, the diesel variant. Its has been a phenomenal experience. The only downside is its suspension it has to be repaired every 40000 kms.

I have been driving my Honda Amaze iDtec V CVT since June 2018. I have clocked 101760Kms without having to get any repair done. I have been getting the regular service done at dealer's service center. Just that. It runs like new even now giving 22.5 to 25 Kmpl with cruising speed 90 to 110kmph and with AC in full blast. Impact resistance of ORVM is great. Right side ORVM has taken many hits so far. Cons: 1. Diesel sound is a bit harsh. 2. No dedicated space to keep my box of tissues. 3. ORVMs could have been bigger like my other car WagonR. 3. Fuel lid and bonnet releases are given very low on the A pillar. This a pain to operate. 4. AC vent for rear row is missing. ( I think, the later models have it)

Many love looks of sedans but only think which stops them buying sedans is less ground clearance.

Great review. Just booked a CVT VX petrol. Please include safety as a major point as well. No other good automatic car in this price range has a 14+ out of 17 GNCAP score. German cars were there with great performance, but I could not get myself convinced on reliability. A break down with family in the middle of nowhere is a bigger safety concern. Shame on some of those reliable SUVs above 20 lakhs with a score of ~8 on 17 !!!. People are in queue to buy and manufacturer does not care.

Good review and infact a excellent 1.2 litre ivtec engine with CVT. I have 2021 CVT and it gives about 18 to 19 km/litre on highways. Very smooth to drive with least NVH.Paddle shifters are really useful if driving in hilly areas.

Mine is petrol version VX ,Yesterday I drove it for 15 kilometres and I was shocked to see that it was giving an average of 19.6 km/ltr… without AC… 😂… And I remembered that even Honda claims it would give 18 kmpl.

Honda is worldwide known for best technology but there maintenance is not pocket friendly it is too costly for meddle class . I also use honda activa two wheeler and it too has very costly service Maintenance some times I feel that the two wheeler maintenance equivalent to four wheeler maintenance. Honda must care the middle class customers

I own a 2018 Honda amaze. Close to 3 years and 25k kilometers, everything is as good as new. The ride quality is amazing for a car in this segment. And for all those airport rides, the boot seems to swallow every bag we have. The car is very strongly built unlike the suzukis. However, I would have preferred the interiors to be a bit more premium than what it is.

Iam using Honda Amaze diesel since 7years, Best car in this segment, overall build quality, stability is super. City milage is little bit low, iam getting 13-14 in city, High way milage 18-20. Overall a good car in B+ segment.

I did the test drive of the Honda Amaze 2021 facelift (1K on odometer) yesterday and found the steering is not coming back to its centre position automatically after a turn. Asked the Honda salesperson who was sitting beside and he was surprised and had no answer as to why the steering won't auto come back. He told me he will ask internally and get back. He got back saying this is the default setting and nothing else can be done about it.

If one is interested in buying Honda Amaze then he should look for WRV once. WRV is expensive but it has enough GC ( for peace of mind) to handle any type of roads and it has all the features of Amaze.

Bahut bada confusion me hai Motor Octane wale bhaiya,, choti family hai, ekdam aam insaan wali speed me gaadi chalate hai(70-80) agar average nikale to saal ka 1000-1500 km hi chalate hai hamari existing etios liva,, Honda Amaze Petrol MT or Hyundai Aura Petrol MT me batao kya lena chahiye...
