Yeah dude not going to lie my favorite part of the builds besides the first ride is the tear down. I love it haha and i guess make decently quick work of it.

Awesome bro, very jealous of the access you lot in the USA have to classic bikes. That bike in that condition would be 15k plus here in New Zealand.

My first street bike was a ‘73 that was nearly identical to this one. Love it!

I am of an age that when I see a bike being pulled apart and chopped up I get a bit sad - then I remember back in the 80's we were chopping these things up as well - you do your thing and we can leave the next generation to eat there bugs and ride EV's :)

Yeah haha those poor kids that will have to build EV’s haha. Anyways, yeah man it’s not my favorite thing to strip down these bikes because i actually have a real appreciation for them and believe they are the best looking bikes off the assembly line. However, they also make great canvases for a custom build. And i really try to build them with a lot of thought to almost build them into a re-imagined version of how i would release them off the assembly line in modern time. Eek . . . . I had that exact 450 NEW. Sure hate to see that bike turn into another cafe. Sorry, but then of course I also had a 'chopped 450, so I guess the world goes round.
