This is part 2 of the CB500 rescue. I did a 800 mile trip on the bike following its recommission from a 22 year lay-up. Here is a link to part 1: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j8t0mJh82dy2mpc.html

I think it is so difficult to use a1000cc bike to anywhere near their potential on the road without risking your licence (and your life!). The 500 has a great balance of power handling and as you say the added bonus of fuel economy. No wonder people love these!

I love Port Merion, it's an immense place and there are lots of little pathways off the beaten track 😀

What’s the screen fitted to the bike? And was it any good? Thanks

Hi Mike, it is a universal Givi, it is very good for weather protection, however, the noise level is really high, for this reason I am probably going to change for a fly screen type!

I think some bikers will miss alot the engine sound... 😢

Cheers for your feedback, the wind noise was too intrusive to include engine sounds, however I do I tend to do a proper review of the CB500 with different sound equipment!

Thanks for your comment, the wind noise was too loud, my other review video is a bit better, still learning the skill of recording sound!
