Cause there tuned the r1s aren't no more there restricted to hit a certaim speed me dads old 2001 modelnlimted edtiom done 200mph in good weather beat black birds gsxr1000s and alot more me ciusing has the cbr 1000RR in anlived it but hasnt got the power like the r1 more of a pulling bike like a diesel ans a petrol ir you get me

FreDCBelgium Nope, had a guy a few weeks ago go down at 190 no lie, no gear just helmet. He went down because another biker cut him off by mistake and he grabbed the brakes. He’s alive, and I actually got the footage of it. He did lose alot of skin though, no broken bones or anything.

Because people who tend not to wear gear gets far more serious injures or can get handicapped in crashes which they could get much lesser injures or even unharm if they did had gear on. Does increase insurance rates dramatically for all motorcycles riders and also putting the motoecycle in general in the bad public image making the governments increase taxes on the motorcycles. So it does affect me.

@@Fearless154 maybe in a perfect world but blaming people like that for insurance rate hikes isnt really their fault, its how the insurance system works in the first place. so the answer is actually no, it has absolutely no effect on you, even if your rates go up cents on the dollar. people like you just like to whine and bitch.

I simply reply to a guy who said "it doesn't affect you" Second that's exactly how insurance system works. The more risk and payments involve for insurance companies the more they charge to stay in profit.

Anybody can ride fast in a straight line. It's the corners that count. I have ridden all types and sizes of bike but my favourite always will be an nc30

I think its breaking that's the hardest part of riding , coming from 160 to 110 is vary difficult to do it right and the most fun when done well.

Drag racing is legit sport which takes a lot of skill and practice. Everyone can get into top speed on the bike but doing it in least time is possible requires skill and not everyone can do it. Some riders enjoy drag racing and some twisty roads and track days I enjoy both types of riding but you're not an authority on which considered to be "real akill" on the motorcycle.

@@nst1981 The same premise. Timing and throttle control to keep the bike grounded under hard acceleration. Bottom line you can't give the average joe shmoe a litre and expect him to win races against the experienced straight-line racers, So skill does play a role too. I don't get why are you so salty about these guys doing straight-line races it's not like they bought their bikes out of your wallet. Some people choose to buy very fancy track cars to commute around the city if that what makes them happy let them have it.

Well, I know it's not very accurate way of determining which bike is faster part of it rider ability and determination, I would like to know how accurate the speed was, was that GPS? But it's fun to do none the less. What years of the bikes? And what's mods were done?

As someone who’s never gone 300kmh+ on a bike, what does it feel like? What’s going through your head? All i can think about is what if my breaks stop working? What if my chain jumps? What if one of my pistons lock up?

Jacob Hellner That’s a good way to think, that way you won.’t be tempted to do it. To answer your question feels the same as doing highway speed driving in my opinion just a lot of wind noise.

Bro in stock and even Rossi says R1 is not fast compare to Zx10r and S1k. R1 only Good On track bcs of its powerban from low rev until 10krpm. S1K and Zx10r has a hugh powerban from maybe like 8krpm till the end

Even full of PPE at over 160km/h on normal traffic and street. Nothing left also. So they reduce weight significantly after RA.

I crashed at 140 kmh but hit nothing which is a funny coincidence still got a bit fucked up but would not want to know what would happen to me wearing a textile jacket or shirts and shorts. The other crash was low speed but in to a barb wire fence to the gut. Very glad I had my leathers on for that one.😬

@@nickb8998 my friend broke arms ankles legs back in two places dislocated his elbow. Here's an x-rated pins and needles in metal parts in his body. But alive , he said every time bumped off and objet it broke something. Accident happened getting on the freeway. I'm sure he was going more they 60mph.

Opa pessoal, sou dono de uma cbr 1000rr, mas nas rodas de amigos venho ouvindo que a cbr é uma "criança" para pilotar perto das motos 1000 da Suzuki, yamaha e afins... isso procede? Como entrei recentemente nesse mundo das 1000 isso me deixou um pouco pensativo, Então uma BMW s, uma r1 ou a srad da Suzuki, zx 10, todas tem uma particularidade quando se trata das 1000? Quem anda comigo só tem cbr como eu ou cb 1000 e tem um que tem uma zx10, então só ouvimos boatos... esses que justamente diz que outras motos 1000cc são mais difíceis do que as cbrs para pilotar, e aí qual a opinião de vocês? Obrigado abraços

Boa noite amigo, a nova Fireblade está com mais recursos, tem obtido ótimos resultados perante as demais concorrentes. Se você quer ter um caminho "menos difícil para vitória" durante os rachas, e se seu bolso comporta, pega uma S1000RR, tem sido a melhor. Mas sobre a sua Fireblade, ela pode ser uma máquina um pouco menos potente que as concorrentes, entretanto é uma moto que é de melhor preparo de performance com maior arsenal de peças. Vai em frente monstro e aproveita e traz uns vídeos para nós vermos. 👊💪🚀
