I find Honda’s dedication to preserving its manufacturing heritage very compelling. I see these wonderful bikes working and beautifully preserved and I have a new appreciation for the bikes. It’s interesting how, despite the facts, other brands such as Harley, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, etc., seem to have the heritage appeal but the difference is that Honda ( and Kawasaki to some degree) have such a diverse and superb manufacturing ability, something that those legacy heritage brands can’t seem to hold on to. For example, my Moto Guzzi V7 I is a great bike but it’s not well built and is pretty much the same as the designs from the 70’s, 80’s etc. and that’s it, one engine type, like it or lump it. Similarly, Harley, nice looks but a very limited pallet of design expertise. Thank you Honda for you machines and efforts .

I have owned one of these for the last 21 years and is in pristine condition here in Melbourne, Australia, it was brought to Australia by its owner from New Zealand where it was sold new to a woman by a Blue Wing Honda then to the guy that brought it to Australia then myself, these were never sold here by Honda, the bike has only travelled 36,000 klm’s since new
