2nd gear starts, I’ve owned & burned tanker ships worth of fuel in both 500’s, I sold the Honda to my little brother. Had both @ same time. It’s pretty obvious that the KX was my favorite.

You got me wondering what a built RFVC and extended swing arm can do. I'm about to drop a stage one Webb Cam in my bike as I type this, I already got custom gearing and high compression piston and a bunch of other things of course. '83 XL600R baby!

If we could have seen apples to apples to apples, it would have been better. Surely someone has a 19?? WR 500? I used to be two stroke guy, and rightly so. They were great. I still have a soft spot for them. And, though times have changed, it'd still be a better match to see a Yamaha big bore two stroke, instead of a four stroke.
