Unfortunately not, P9L series ECU's are OBD2a as I recall. Technically you can actually, however the chips are very expensive and requires the ability to micro-solder well over 400 pins on a single chip. I personally do not know of any tuning software as this is not common. You can convert your car to OBD1 by getting an adapter harness to plug in an OBD1 ECU to your OBD2A harness. Several places make the adapter harness, notably HAMotorsports.

@@goodmatchplay1372 If you want a full play and play affair with tuning capabilities look for P28 or P75 ecu's with socketing already completed or Hondata already installed.
