@leigh Spesa - Thanks for the comment and for watching. From what I've read the Forza 350 do not have linked brakes. You can check the brake caliper if it has that extra valve that goes to the rear, and if it does you will know they are linked. Hope this helps!

@Brian Richard - I would assume easier, but draining has always taken a long long time for me. Also be sure to keep the fluid in the reservoir during the draining process. Thanks!

@CACTUS48 - Yes, for sure. But I’m old school (to some degree). I tried a pump vacuum once but it didn’t work well. Perhaps a motorized version might be in the cards some day. I also used speed bleeders which does the trick as well.

@stephen mc cann - Thanks for the comment and question. Without seeing or hearing it myself, and based on your description, I don't think it's a leak issue because you would see brake fluid in and around the leak (and on the ground when parked). I would tend to think its the new pads forming around the brake disc. From my experience the brake disc begins to form small grooves over time (could be very small and difficult to see). When you put new pads on they need to form to the disc which will take a little time (a break-in period so to speak). I could be wrong here. If you have anyway to take a video or audio recording that would be very helpful to troubleshoot the noise.

@@zooskifilms Hi I will try and make video. My mechanic has said it is normal after brake pad change. Mind you there only 1000km on this bike. I swaped out orignial pads for nextser.. Both front and back. The noise is not in back only front. When you pull front brake lever you can hear it. Sorry it comming from resorvoir brake lever area.. You have to be in a very quiet environment to hear it. But what baffles me. It was not therr with old brake pads at 20km on bike.. Nor was it at 1000km. Only since I put on after market pads. @@alwaysonthemove1510 - Based on your comment, the only thing that has changed was the brake ads, so it seems to be related to that. If you still have the old pads you could put them back on and see if the noise is still there. Not sure it would be worth doing this, you may find that once the new brake pads have been broken in the noise will go away. Anyway, good luck on sorting this out.

@jemo951 - I haven't changed the brake pads yet. Would be happy to test out the EBC pads though, look for that video in the summer sometime!

NIGHTBOAT - you know, great question! I looked at it and didn’t see a way to get to the bleeder screw with the exhaust installed. You only need to remove the exhaust muffler, not the exhaust pipe to the engine. I have another video on replacing the exhaust system that shows how to remove the exhaust. 4 bolts and loosen the clamp connecting the muffler to the pipe.

@Peter C - I looked around for the 350 service manual and could not find anything. Seems not publicly released, The one I bought for the NSS300 I found on www.service-shop-repair-manual.com/ . But I didn't see the one for the 350 there. Hope you're able to find it somewhere!

I have the same issue but in Thailand. The dealership mechanics here don't have a clue on how to properly maintenance the bike. They didn't even know that the bike can display service intervals, let alone how to reset it after oil or maintenance till I showed them. Thanks to youtube I'm learning but a service manual in English would be amazing to have. I can't find it anywhere online. To get an owners manual in English I had to contact Honda UK. If they do get the service manual here there is no chance it will be in English 😔
