Honda has unveiled its Royal Enfield Classic 3550 rival - the new Honda H’ness CB350. The new Honda bike carries forward the legacy of the CB roadster series from yesteryears. Prices of the Highness CB350 start from around Rs 1.90 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), which would make it dearer than the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Jawa by quite some margin. However, the new Honda H’ness CB350 justifies its pricing with features such as all-LED lighting, semi-digital instrument console and a traction control system.
The CB350 Highness will be available in two variants - DLX and DLX Pro. The DLX Pro variant gets dual-tone colour options and a unique voice-controlled smartphone connectivity system for navigation, music and call alerts. Powering the bike is a 348cc, air-cooled engine producing 21PS and 30Nm of torque. The classic Honda bike features a 5-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. The Honda H’ness CB350 features a 15 litre fuel tank, dual-channel ABS and tubeless tyres. The Honda 350cc bike will compete against the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Jawa and the Benelli Imperiale.

A small correction yar.. For benelli they have changed the pricing. Now its 1.99 lakhs for all models.

I test rode the CB 350 thrice, it's super refined and smooth but the bike lacks character is what I felt. There is absolutely no tactical feedback from the engine you don't feel like you are riding a masculine bike which I personally dislike , I cancelled my booking for CB350 and went ahead and bought Imperiale 400 last week. I would say if you want a daily commuter that sets benchmarks for refinement, go for the CB 350. If you want a lifestyle bike with top notch riding experience, street presence and exclusivity, go for Imperiale 400, I didn't mention the name Highness cause I find it very tacky also the logo is just plain ugly. Honda should drop this stupid name and just call it CB350

Youre right amit Honda cb 350 is not meant for long rides or touring , also engine lacks the right power for overtaking and with the instrument console needs major improvement (tachometer required)

U dont compare Highness CB 350 with RE or Benelli or Jawa because Honda had a firebrand named CB 350 they were selling internationally so it has its own heart and pedigree...!!! Cb 350 is different🔥

RE's will sell more than honda due to showrooms, but honda buyers will be happy as few Cb 350's will be present on roads which will make them look unique. You will understand this if you are Unicorn or Classic owner 😁

I think it's a part of the story of Honda. Right now they are taking own time for the big wings. Making a fan base and the hipe for cb. It's their marketing strategy.

RE has to face really hard competation Yamaha XSR155 Bajaj and Triump are planing Nueron 400 Kawasaki 275cc yazdi is also planing to launch 300cc and Honda Rebal 300cc and 500cc are still in the queue.

Regarding cb 350 Is this bike is suitable for tall persons( 6.3 feet) with pillion Actually when seen video.. Cb looks like little small... So little concern about its size ( dimensions.. )

I personally like Benelli Imperiale looks as compared to Honda CB350. Firstly CB350 has too much of chrome on it. Imperiale looks & riding it feels more manly type as compared with CB350. CB350's engine is too much smooth & refined because of which you don't get the feel of riding a macho or a big bike. Regarding fit & finish CB350 appears to be more better. I have seen videos on KZfaq showing rusting issues of Imperiale. But we can't conclude on one or two videos. They may be exceptions of being bad luck too. Pillion comfort for Imperiale seems to be a concern, especially for long rides. In city CB350 is certainly more easy to maneuver but Imperiale gives to real feel of a graceful mature riding. In city Imperiale's footpegs are certainly gona irritate the rider by brushing, rubbing & hitting his shins.
