I love this short video, keep them coming. It's a great, old school style test for a bad part. My grandpa was a Ford mechanic starting back in the 1920's and they didn't have scanners and all that to diagnose things. It was "pull a hose and feel for vacuum" style testing. Cars got more complicated but the basics are still basic. Air-fuel-spark.

Not the issue for my car but I like the fact the you actually show the problem with the air assist control solenoid by pulling out the vac hose from the intake thats a olus great tutorial. 👍🏿

This can be one of the problems also check for: pcv valve, evap purge valve, iddle air control valve , vaccum leaks, brake booster. I hope this video helps you up to find the problem.

How about if its not sucking any air and the idle is still erratic?

codes p300 and bunch of others for missfire...and p2646
