Way too heavy gearing, try 15-45, or 16-42

with this gearing i get no acceleration i need a short gearing

The gearing of an MT8 is 15-38 with a 16 inch rear wheel, should run just as well with a good 70cc cylinder. I would definately try this, also your main jet should be bigger in combination with the unrestricted intake, 115-120

borreltjuh83 i use 16:40 at the time and a 90 main jet with a mt8 airbox and its allfine no need to change, allready tried unrestricted air it only needs more petrol then

Sounds ok and if it runs ok don't change anything. With the restricted tube stock jet fitted in an hm183 Keihin carb is 98. Make sure if its in neutral idling when you give it some throttle it directly falls back in revs when you let the throttle go. If it falls back slowly it gets too much air with can result in engine damage on the long run. Just a tip, nice MT5. Cheers

The standard piston makes them slow. So tune the piston more matching the cilinder. And you have a nice 70cc that go's forever, and drives nice. And there is 49cc on the side 🎉

I have grey hair, unfortunately. Damn, I don´t want to grow old. I feel so lazy and without energy, I became worse since I sold the Honda I think. We men need this kind of vehicles, they make us feel good.

You're never too old. My dad runs a Puch VS50 and is 67 years old, do what you like to do it makes you happy. Go on and buy one, now they are still around and affordable; in 10 years it will be a lot more difficult

Yes you are right. Problems: cold weather here in Sweden, winter is coming. And no money left for one. I live alone in big house and have no girlfriend or wife. And no kids. So maybe I live rather cheap anyway. But bikes I can´t afford. Should perhaps have a car but they are so expensive if you want one from 2012 or newer.
