All you have to do is take the radio out which is a 10-minute job and the code is right on the top of it no need to have to call the dealer

I just took the top code from inside of glove box and it unlocked it. Didn’t have to call dealer.

I put the code in fine, but the volume doesn't turn up past "01." Any ideas?

Have you tried doing it again, turning off the van and retrying the cycle ?

@@efrainarreola312 Yes, I have even tried "resetting" the battery by removing the wires from the posts and holding them together for a moment. The code goes in, unlocking it, but the volume will only go from 0 to 1 and back. Thank you for the reply, though!

Hmmm is it possible that something is wrong with the volume knob ? Have you tried increasing the volumen with the steering wheel ?

What do you mean there are no zeros? Cold the 1-6 and click the on and it will give you a code. Call your local dealership and ask for a radio code using the # you got from your radio

You prolly got it fixed already but the code is also on the user manual on the back of the front cover page at the very top
