Here are the locations of the vent lines on the Honda Pioneer 1000.

You've been more help than you realize cause I ran my fuel vent line exactly the way you done it and problem solved no more gas vapor odor! THANKS FOR THE VIDEO.

I already ran a new vent line off gas tank all new line sub transmission I'll do next what did u connect original line with new line ? Thanks

I just bought a new 2018 1000 EPS, picking it up next week. I'm probably going to vent the 2 lines you did too, I'm going to be using mine mainly for fire wood, food plots, trail riding in the midwest, no river running or deep mudding, Thanks for the great video.

Thanks for the video! I mostly trail ride and cross an occasional low water creek so the two should do me just fine. I have a boat for deep water!

Good Video great information I Flooded my pioneer on the first ride to the Gila River got water into the fuel tank and the sub trans before the vents are at seat height, just got the vent kit going to install this weekend. Thanks

Did you just lay the two lines parallel on the air cleaner and zip tie them or did you physically insert the two lines inside the air cleaner???

I went over the top of the air cleaner and zip tied them there. I did not want to add any holes to the air box. I am now running a portal lift and 35" tires so those lines are about 5ft off the ground.

I can smell the gas vapor coming from the stock vent line and my goal is to reduce the smell more so than any concern about water getting in the gas vent line cause I don't run in deep water. Did you notice any gas vapor oder before you routed your line?

Did you ever have any trouble with gas fumes under the seat I'm smelling gas fumes in the cargo area under the seat on the driver side? We just bought the machine it's a 2018

The roof is the OEM and is around $500-550.

I got water in my frame then filled up my gas tank thru that vent line not a great design for deep water

Good video. I just bought same blue pioneer. Have you done the clutch update? I verified my 06/2017 does not have updated clutch cover. hondasxs.com/threads/verified-official-pioneer-1000-clutch-update.10917/page-11#post-355791

Thanks for stopping by, yes I have had the clutch update and the comfort kit, I am taking it in next month for the air intake check and muffler heat shield. These are great machines, enjoy your time on the trail!
